After Tonle Sap we went straight back to Siem Reap, getting all our stuff into the backpack and finally took the night bus to Sihanoukville in the south of Cambodia. Here some street photography impressions.

A very special village, or at least two of them, are located on a sea called the Tonle Sap. This sea is 1 m deep during dry period in April / May, but some more meters deep during rainy season – in other words, all the houses need to swim instead of having poles.

Another very impressive temple inside the Angkor Wat area is the Ta Prohm temple where the Hollywood movie Tomb Raider was produced (at least some scenes). The very interesting part of this temple is the inside area, where trees and walls are combined in a way, that the support each other.

Another lovely day in an awful cold part of Russia. The weather is pretty nice, but as the humidity is so high, the -26°C feel like -40°C… but the sun was shining all the day. So no excuse for not leaving the hotel and experience this city.
