Back in June 2014, we drove down to France, to Alixan, which is a small village south of Lyon. There live to friends of us, Petra and Eberhard.

Only 2 pictures from the Mannheim container harbour. It is quite busy during the week, but really empty over the weekend. Only a few cranes are moving, no rush, more a relaxing atmosphere.

Essentially, here are macro shots with a tripod and a polarized filter. Depending how you turn your filter, the colors will change and the saturation as well.

During my last trip towards South Wales, I found some time in the late evening to take some pictures around Caerphilly area.

When I was last time in Cardiff, I took the chance to take my camera with me and used the evenings for some dark light shots.

This event is not so far away, this was in August 2014. The original plan was to use the scenery of the Alpes for some night shots during the Perseiden.

Some studio shots about flying ducks. The set was really an easy one, every shot was ok.

The next morning whet we woke up after a really hot dinner, it was quite awesome to see, where we arrived yesterday night.

Next stop of our Thailand trip was the legendary Railay beach. As you can see, it is one of the most beautiful beaches at all.

Next part of our trip was the long drive towards the eastern coast. We jumped again on the motorbike and drove a lot of km towards east along the coast side. At some point we decided to stop and look for the James Bond island.
